What a delight!! Very diverse tracks, really shows the depth of Mr. Fedrick's talent. "Hold on to Love" is a true Anthem, while "Chammoran Waltz" carries you away. No dry eyes with "Forever Heart" either. Can't wait to see what's next from this new Texas jewel!!
Fedrick excels at making orchestral pop numbers that are fresh and not overlayered, delivering showtune sensibility mixed in with some classic pop--well produced and very heartfelt and snazzy!
All I can say is WOW ...Your arrangements and compositions are marvelous...“Hold On to Love” is playing, one of my favorites. It grabs my heart and just hangs on... “Nobody Knew” is great... Then there’s “Ever in my Heart”, for reasons you and few others know, is near and dear to my heart… the first time I heard this song I was astounded, but what you’ve done with it here is… beyond any words I can find. The entire CD is jamb packed with great music….
"Who Knew"??? I don't know where I've been? We knew you were talented but had no idea how much. I think I told you Garry used to sing with the front group for the "Oakridge Boys". He also won a Music Scholarship for playing his trombone. Our relationship began with a mutual love of music and continues. We were absolutely "blown away" with your first CD. We sat together with our speakers cranked up and thoroughly enjoyed every song. We especially liked the swing-big band sound of "Who Knew" and "Nobody Knew" and you have a fantastic horn section behind you. Every single song was a delight and we couldn't wait to hear the next song. "Without Expectations" is a classic love song. You go, Steven! The spirit of your music brings people together during times of struggle and need. Your music lifted our Spirits, filled us with hope and reminded us the power of music.
