Regrettably, Fedrick won't be able to make the reunion tonight. He is asking everyone take a share their pictures (especially the compromising ones!) on FB. He's hoping to attend the 1978 Class 50th Birthday Party in September!
"Sweet Summer Nights" - July 22, 2010
Steven Fedrick"s latest song "Sweet Summer Nights" featuring the extraordinary vocals of Ann Pendelton Cooper's is 'in the can' and just in time. The song was written at the request of Jerry Davis for the upcoming WCHS 1970-1980 class reunion on Saturday July 24. It should be available to hear soon. Ann and Steven decided to donate all contributions for it's download to the Noble Scholarship which was recently set up by alum Bob Rouse to honor WCHS's all time favorite teacher Mr. Nbles who retired this year. Details to follow as soon as they become available.
Song for the Asking - June 27, 2010
Big News in Central Kentucy is the Woodford County Highschool reunion for classmates who graduated 1970-1980. That's right, a decades long reunion. Jerry Davis (class of '74) has been pivotal in uploading all yearbooks to Facebook from this period (and beyond) and has been instrumental in providing a meeting place for WCHS alum to reconnect. Hats off to Jerry for his dedicated work. He's enlisted the help of a slew of alum (including Fedrick) to write a sort of theme song for this gala event. A collaberation of this sort with mutliple artist all of whom reside in different locations is daunting but all involved feel something good will come out of the request.
Unfortunately, due to work constraints, Fedrick won't be able to attend this years reunion. Steven looks forward to his next class reunion and has made a personal commitment to attend.
